Thorpe St Andrew Town Council Neighbourhood Plan Working Group have been developing the Neighbourhood Plan since 2017 and following previous public consultations, now have a final draft which we are again asking our resident’s opinions of. This is our 6-week Regulation 14 Pre-Submission Consultation starting 8am 28th June 2021 and ending 5pm 10th August 2021.
