Thorpe St Andrew Town Council Planning Meetings

Local planning applications are allocated to a councillor on the Planning Committee dependant upon the location. We aim to match the plans with a member who lives in the relevant ward. The member will then study the plans and more often than not visit the applicant and neighouring properties for their views. The plans are then discussed at Planning Committee meetings that take place every three weeks. The Council's comments are then passed to Broadland District Council who make the final decision. The next Planning Committee meeting takes place at 7.30pm on 9 March 2009 at Dussindale Community Centre, Pound Lane, Thorpe St Andrew NR7 0SR.

The Council are also notified of decisions made.
